Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Identification & Tracking

  • Monitor government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, e-Tender, CPPP) and private RFP/RFQ channels for upcoming event-related tenders.
  • Maintain a tender calendar and track submission deadlines.
  • Evaluate tender requirements and eligibility criteria.

2. Documentation & Proposal Preparation

  • Collect all necessary documents such as company profiles, registrations, certifications, financial documents, work orders, and client testimonials.
  • Prepare technical and financial bid submissions in compliance with tender specifications.
  • Assist in drafting event concepts, designs, presentations, BOQs, and cost sheets.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all tender documents.

3. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all tender submissions follow statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Verify documents like GST, MSME, PAN, PF/ESI, balance sheets, and other certifications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of tender documents.

4. Submission & Follow-Up

  • Upload online documents on tender portals or prepare physical submission files.
  • Conduct final checking to avoid non-compliance or omissions.

5. Reporting & Database Management

  • Maintain a database of past submissions, wins, losses, and tender feedback.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Update company credentials and tender documentation repository.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of government tender processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-tender portals.
  • Good coordination, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Tender: 2 years (Required)
