About the Role

We are looking for a temporary Full-Stack Developer to support ongoing product development initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on with React on the frontend and Python on the backend, and can quickly adapt to existing systems and workflows.

This role will collaborate with our core engineering team to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve user experience across our web applications.

A key aspect of this role involves both vibe coding for rapid prototyping and translating prototype-quality code into clean, maintainable, and production-ready code. You should be comfortable iterating quickly, yet also committed to software best practices, code clarity, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Python on the backend and React on the frontend.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional and scalable solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows modern development standards.

• Convert prototype or vibe-coded implementations into robust, production-ready code.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Work with relational or NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high engineering standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless performance and user experience.

• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in React and Python.

• Frontend: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Backend: Working experience in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django frameworks).

• API Integration: RESTful API design and consumption.

• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitHub).

• Experience with frontend state management (Redux or Context API).

• Basic understanding of database operations (SQL).

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
