About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Graphic & Video Designer who will be responsible for create compelling, modern, and professional visual content, including graphics and video, that reflects our brand as approachable, trustworthy, and forward-thinking. This role supports the marketing team in elevating our visual identity and creating clear, striking, and easy-to-consume assets aligned with the Marketing Made Simple philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, modern, and brand-consistent designs for web pages, social media, email, and print
- Collaborate with the team to develop visual content strategies that drive clarity and conversion
- Produce high-quality videos, including editing, text overlays, basic motion graphics, and sound
- Help refresh and elevate the visual look and feel of our core digital assets
- Explore and experiment with AI-powered design and video tools to increase impact and workflow efficiency
- Adapt designs to multiple formats and platforms while ensuring clarity and visual consistency
- Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh, creative thinking to the team
What We Are Looking For
- A strong eye for design and storytelling through visuals
- Proficiency in design tools such as,
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Figma
- Canva.
- Demonstrated experience designing digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex messages visually
- Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Positive, collaborative attitude and good communication with stakeholders
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
