Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, explaining solar energy solutions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer records. The role involves coordinating with the sales team and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
