Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our solar energy solutions, and answering customer inquiries. They will also be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales skills for generating leads and closing deals
• Experience in Training is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently while being part of an on-site team
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
