📝 Role Summary:

Telesales Specialist – Home Loan & LAP

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Outbound Calling:

• Contact potential leads/customers for Home Loan and LAP offerings
• Present loan products effectively based on customer profile
• Follow a structured pitch while personalizing the conversation

📲 Inbound Handling:

• Manage incoming calls and queries from interested prospects
• Explain eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and process clearly

🎯 Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Identify high-quality leads and convert interest into applications
• Coordinate appointments for on-ground sales staff or partner banks
• Maintain regular follow-ups until closure

📄 Loan Coordination:

• Guide customers through the documentation process
• Liaise with backend teams for smooth processing
• Act as a bridge between borrowers and lending partners

📊 CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records in Excel or CRM systems
• Share regular updates on lead status, calls made, and conversions
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the team lead

💡 Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication in

  English, Hindi

• Confident pitch with persuasive selling skills
• Good understanding of Home Loan/LAP eligibility and documentation
• Basic Excel or CRM tool knowledge
• Patience, empathy, and strong follow-up discipline
