We're Hiring for our Fintech client. Designation: Relationship Officer– Home Loans (Builder & Broker Channel) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 1–3 years in Home Loan Sales (preferably builder/broker channel) Industry: Banking | Financial Services | NBFC | HFC | DSA Role Summary: Relationship Officers will lead channel development, generate leads, and manage loan disbursement through a robust builder and broker network across Mumbai. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Development · Identify, onboard & nurture builders, developers, and brokers in Mumbai · Build sustainable partnerships for a strong home loan lead pipeline 2. Lead Generation & Conversion · Drive high-quality lead generation & assist customers through the loan journey · Coordinate with empanelled financial institutions for optimal conversion 3. Sales & Revenue · Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly disbursement targets · Focus on prime salaried and self-employed customer segments 4. Market Intelligence · Stay updated on real estate trends, builder launches, and competitor offerings · Share actionable insights with internal teams 5.
