Job Overview

We’re seeking a driven and empathetic Tele Sales Manager to lead and optimize our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales executives, convert inbound/outbound leads, and ensure a high customer conversion rate across multiple geographies and customer segments (including NRI, bridal, and daily fashion).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop call scripts and talk tracks tailored for different customer profiles (bridal, kidswear, NRI, everyday tailoring).
  • Monitor and improve daily performance metrics: call volume, lead conversion, average handling time, follow-ups.
  • Train team on CRM usage, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and objection handling.
  • Work with marketing to optimize lead quality and feedback loops.
  • Implement and maintain sales hygiene: timely updates on CRM, structured follow-ups, and customer feedback capture.
  • Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to production/stylist teams.
  • Analyze call recordings and dashboards for insights and improvements.
  • Handle escalated calls and provide guidance for difficult customer interactions.
  • Drive incentive programs and boost team morale through recognition and contests.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of telesales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada is a plus).
  • Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or D2C preferred.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools like Zoho, LeadSquared, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
