Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in Mumbai. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, planning and creating menu items, and ensuring food quality and presentation. This role also involves maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers. The position requires collaboration with the head chef and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
