Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in Mumbai. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, planning and creating menu items, and ensuring food quality and presentation. This role also involves maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers. The position requires collaboration with the head chef and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications Extensive experience in culinary arts, menu planning, and food preparation Strong leadership and staff management skills Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards Inventory management and cost control skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Culinary degree or equivalent certification Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands Show more Show less
