Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, from small meetings to large-scale corporate functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in vendor coordination, timeline management, and ensuring seamless event experiences from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, registration, and logistics.
• Work with clients or internal teams to understand event goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality services.
• Create and manage detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Handle attendee communications, registrations, and special requests.
• Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure a smooth experience.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, insurance, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and manage event inventories and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
