Telesales Manager

As a sales executive at our company, you will play a vital role in expanding our sales team by showcasing your drive and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include not only meeting sales targets but also actively generating leads, conducting sales calls, and ensuring our CRM database is up to date. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can boost sales and build strong client relationships, ultimately closing deals successfully. Your roles and responsibilities will involve setting sales objectives and strategies, identifying potential customers, and creating leads through various channels. You will be expected to communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending out offers and quotations, utilizing specialized software to streamline the sales process. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in international sales. Knowledge of Voice Process is an added advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The compensation package includes performance and yearly bonuses. The work schedule may include evening shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday rotations, night shifts, or US shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, total work, and sales are preferred.
