AMBAK is hiring for TELESALES Executive for HOME LOAN department. Exciting opportunity for growth and learning. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain a pipeline of potential customers. CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system accurately and regularly. Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls from interested customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. Address customer objections and close sales. Maintain a positive and professional tone on calls. Record call details, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends or issues.
