We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our Insurance Program, handling customer and partner queries, overseeing lead management, and supporting process optimization. This role also includes acting as a backup to the current resource to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The position requires a proactive individual capable of working independently, taking full ownership of their responsibilities, and delivering consistent follow-up and support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insurance program.
• Liaise with financial institutions and partners to ensure smooth program execution.
• Handle insurance-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain trackers to ensure timely follow-ups by relevant teams.
• Prepare and share daily reports to provide insights to clients.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for partner queries regarding processes, products, and services.
• Provide detailed and accurate responses, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow up on customer queries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Serve as a backup resource to ensure continuity of operations during team absences.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create comprehensive reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex queries effectively.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

• Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience.
