Make sure to update the Release Calendar with the RTA, RTPP and RTP information. Making sure that the Team input their time in Triskell every month. Making sure that the Team monitors the availability of the asset and flows part of the perimeter. Making sure that there is a clear vision of all requests coming via: Mailbox Backlog: Bugs in production and UAT needs to be handled quickly.
