Job Summary:Ektruck is looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs. · Parse and process GPS hardware data for use in APIs and applications. · Work with relational and NoSQL databases like SQL Server and MongoDB. · Collaborate with frontend and hardware teams for seamless integration. · Manage server deployments and performance monitoring. · Version control using Git and participate in code reviews. · Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend services. Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer support and Admin Executive to manage and support the end-to-end process of Coordinating for GPS device installations in new trucks, handling customer queries, configuring devices on system and handling customer queries along with and handle basic office/admin tasks .The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, drivers, and field technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation/Support activites. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers looking to build a career in operations and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with truck owners, drivers, and customers to schedule GPS installation appointments. Assign and align technicians based on location and availability for on-site installations. Maintain a daily MIS report of completed tasks, pending installations, and technician activities. Update and follow up on the To-Do List for daily operations. Handle inbound and outbound communication related to installation scheduling and updates. Support technicians with route planning and installation documentation. Report daily progress and escalate delays or issues to the supervisor. Administrative Support: Handle basic office work such as: Document filing and Coordinating with courier partners and vendor bills Maintaining technician work logs/ Preparing Vouchers Managing stock of GPS devices and accessories Manage Office supplies and stocks Manage Interview schedules and coordination for lining up Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (as applicable) Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining MIS reports Strong coordination and follow-up skills Time management and multitasking abilities Willingness to work on-field coordination when needed · Good organizational and time management abilities · Basic understanding of admin procedures · Ability to multitask and manage field coordination and office responsibilities · Ready to take calls out of office hours
