Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and confident female telesales executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling CCTV cameras and surveillance solutions over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (dealers, distributors, and end-users). Explain product features, benefits, and pricing related to CCTV systems and accessories. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. Maintain a database of customers and prospects in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for field visits and order processing. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / inside sales (preferably in CCTV, electronics, or security systems). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software). Ability to learn product features quickly. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Education:Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Graduate in any discipline Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
