Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecalling ExecutiveJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales/communication targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information to customers. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Escalate customer issues/concerns to the relevant department when required. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to ensure accurate information delivery. Requirements:Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages will be an advantage). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Basic computer knowledge and experience in using MS Office/CRM software. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications:Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is desirable.
