  • Follow up on leads and provide ongoing communication to nurture customer interest.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building:
  • Answer customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs effectively.
  • Product Knowledge & Pitching:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and interests.
  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in CRM or internal databases.
  • Maintain organized records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, conversions, or appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant tone.

The Guest Relation Executive will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and potential buyers. This role involves creating a positive first impression, managing client interactions, coordinating site visits, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Welcome and greet walk-in clients, visitors, and guests at the site office or sales gallery.
  • Ensure a pleasant and professional experience for every client visit.
  • Provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, amenities, and pricing details.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, site visits, and meetings with sales managers.
  • Maintain communication between clients and internal departments (sales, CRM, admin, facilities, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage visitor records, feedback forms, and client documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of client visits including refreshments, presentations, and guided tours.

3. Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain an updated database of client interactions and leads in CRM software.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on guest visits and feedback.
  • Assist in organizing client engagement events, launch functions, and open house sessions.
  • Ensure the reception area, sample flat, and site office are always well-presented and welcoming.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations (Real Estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
