Role Overview:

inbound and outbound calls

Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers via
voice calls
to resolve queries and provide support.
Deliver
exceptional customer service
and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Accurately diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Adhere to process guidelines and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Critical Skills:

Excellent
verbal communication skills
with clear pronunciation and good grammar.
Ability to
listen actively
and respond effectively to customer needs.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Minimum qualification:
Plus 2 (12th pass)

Graduation
is an added advantage.
Minimum
6 months of customer service experience
preferred (Voice process experience is a plus).
Must successfully pass a
background check

BPO industry
will be an advantage.
