Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 10–15 telesales executives. Drive sales of banking and financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, investments). Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement. Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and customer experience. Train and coach the team on product knowledge, sales pitch, and objection handling. Prepare performance reports and share feedback with management. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and data protection norms. Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain a professional service approach. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred). 3–6 years of telesales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of banking & financial products. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and drive high-performing sales teams.
