Telecalling Manager

Job Title: Telecalling Manager Experience: 3–5 years in telecalling / call center operations, preferably in healthcare or service industry Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the Telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Train, motivate, and guide telecallers for effective communication and service excellence. Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly call reports and share insights with management. Implement strategies to improve call conversions, lead follow-ups, and patient/customer engagement. Handle escalated calls or complaints and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Marketing, HR, Doctors, etc.) for smooth operations. Maintain database accuracy and ensure confidentiality of patient/customer information. Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to call scripts and hospital/service protocols. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in telecalling operations. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM or call management software. Good analytical and reporting skills. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude. Fluency in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
