Job Description

The Telecalling Manager position based in Noida is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the telecalling team. Your main tasks will include ensuring that targets are met, mentoring and training staff, handling escalations, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, maintain databases, and provide regular reports to senior management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Leadership qualities and experience in managing a team are essential. You must be adept at handling escalations, resolving conflicts, and have proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite. Analytical skills to track and report on KPIs, as well as organizational and time management abilities, are also crucial. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous for this position.,
