Position: Telesales Executive – Franchise Sales Location: [Insert Location / Remote Option if applicable] Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential franchise seekers and investors from provided leads/database. Present and explain Yummy Cloud Tech Food Court’s franchise models (QSR, dine-in, and cloud kitchen). Educate prospects about investment opportunities, ROI, brand USP, and benefits of joining. Qualify leads, understand investor requirements, and share suitable franchise options. Schedule meetings, virtual presentations, or site visits with the Franchise Development Manager. Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to handle objections and build confidence. Update CRM with call details, lead status, and follow-up actions. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience, preferably in F&B, franchise sales, or real estate. Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to handle investor queries with confidence and professionalism.
