Job Description

Responsibilities: ·         Lead and manage a team of tele callers to achieve performance and conversion targets. ·         Design and implement calling strategies to maximize lead conversion, customer acquisition, or retention. ·         Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and generate performance reports. ·         Train and mentor team members to improve communication skills and product knowledge. ·         Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth follow-up and closure. ·         Develop scripts and call flow processes to enhance calling effectiveness. ·         Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. ·         Forecast manpower requirements and assist in recruitment and on boarding of tele callers. ·         Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy laws and tele calling ethics.
