Designation: Logistics & Inventory, Customer Service Executive Job Description: Working with logistics department for timely processing and shipping of orders, to ensure least possible pendency in order shipping Monitoring and mapping the entire process for all product returns and customer refunds Responding to customer queries across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, social media) Ensuring customer enquiries are promptly addressed and with minimum backlog Working with merchandising team on any product related enquiries or other requirements Preparation and submission of reports as and when needed Assisting marketing team with any marketing / social media activations Assisting merchandising team during photoshoots / events Any other works assigned by the management from time to time Requirements: Good verbal and written communications skills MS Office proficiency Tech friendly, and comfortable with usage of internet, laptop and social media Proficiency in English and Hindi. Telugu or any other regional languages is an added bonus Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Willingness to learn and be a part of a fun, young and growing organisation Team player
