Telecalling Manager

Location: Lucknow Company: Akshat Enterprises – Tiles, Bathroom Fittings & Adhesives Showroom About Us : Akshat Enterprises has been serving Lucknow since 2011, offering premium brands like Kajaria, Prism Johnson, Jaquar, Nirali, and Ardex Endura. We provide end-to-end solutions for new homeowners, renovators, architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and plumbers with 100+ display mock-ups and expert design consultation. Position: Telecaller We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for introducing our showroom, understanding requirements, and inviting them to visit us. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (homeowners, architects, contractors, plumbers, and interior designers). Introduce Akshat Enterprises’ products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Understand customer requirements based on the stage of their house construction/renovation. Generate interest and book showroom visits/appointments. Maintain and update customer records in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets. Provide feedback to management about customer needs and market trends. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly telephone manners. Ability to understand customer needs and build trust. Target-driven with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools). Experience in tele calling/sales (preferred, not mandatory).
