The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. ______ Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided. • Pitch products/services to prospects and explain features and benefits. • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products. • Convert leads into confirmed sales. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. • Maintain a record of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversion in CRM. • Handle customer queries and objections professionally. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. ______ Required Skills & Qualifications: • 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. • 0–3 years of experience in outbound sales or tele calling (BPO experience preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. • Ability to handle rejections and objections with a positive attitude. • Strong convincing and negotiation skills. ______ Preferred: • Experience in voice-based BPO processes. • Multilingual skills (e.g., English + Hindi/Regional language). • Prior experience in financial products, telecom, or insurance sales. ______ Working Days & Hours: • [5 or 6] days working • Shift Timing: [e.g., :10:00 AM – 7:00 PM *Reply yes If Interested*
