Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads and driving profitable growth for our company. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our battery and solar energy solutions. Research and identify potential customers, including Dealers, Distributors, Integrators, Industries, Institutions, to target with our sales efforts. Build relationships with potential customers through effective communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with potential customers to facilitate the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and provide feedback on customer interactions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and lead generation quotas. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system. Requirements and skills: 3-4 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Kannada, Hindi and English speaking is a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets and lead generation quotas. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
