Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Contact:

    Initiate outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective clients or receive inbound calls to address customer inquiries.
  • Product Promotion:

    Clearly and accurately explain company products, services, and pricing to customers, generating interest and demonstrating value.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:

    Identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and persuade potential clients to purchase or take the next step (e.g., scheduling an appointment or demo).
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and customers. Address any concerns, grievances, or suggestions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management:

    Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or database.
  • Target Achievement:

    Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or lead conversion set by the management.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and provide valuable customer feedback for product/service improvement.
  • Adherence to Standards:

    Follow communication scripts (when provided) and company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and telephone systems.
