Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Indore. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, providing information about services, addressing inquiries and concerns, and generating leads. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, achieving set targets, and fostering positive customer relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and verbal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions
• Sales and persuasion skills, with a proactive approach to lead generation
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Adaptability, teamwork, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous
