Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about products and services, addressing queries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a record of interactions. Telecallers are also expected to meet call targets, follow up with potential leads, and adhere to company communication protocols while representing the brand professionally. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, and fluency in applicable languages Customer service orientation and proficiency in handling customer queries and concerns effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone systems, CRM software, and data entry Ability to meet performance targets, time management skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, or related fields is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is considered an added advantage
