Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, and fluency in applicable languages
Customer service orientation and proficiency in handling customer queries and concerns effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone systems, CRM software, and data entry
Ability to meet performance targets, time management skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, or related fields is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is considered an added advantage
