Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Cold CallingContact potential customers from the provided database.Explain our products and services professionally and persuasively.Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.Appointment SchedulingSecure meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers.Coordinate appointment timings and share necessary details with the sales team.Follow up with potential clients to ensure attendance and engagement.Product Awareness & CommunicationProvide basic product knowledge about facades, glazing, UPVC windows, and glass partitions.Answer customer queries and address initial concerns effectively.Educate clients on product benefits, applications, and pricing structures.Follow-ups & Customer EngagementMaintain regular follow-ups to nurture potential leads.Handle objections and build rapport with clients.Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team.CRM & ReportingMaintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and call performance.Ensure database accuracy and update customer interactions.Requirements1-3 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or telecalling role.Strong verbal communication & persuasion skills.Ability to handle rejections, objections, and generate interest.Basic knowledge of construction materials, glazing, or related products (preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in CRM tools & call tracking systems.Fluency in English & regional languages is a plus
