Role Overview The Telecalling Listing Verification Executive is responsible for verifying business listings by calling business owners or branch managers. The role focuses on collecting accurate details such as address, branch images (via WhatsApp), current location, and working hours. The goal is to ensure every listing is authentic, complete, and up to date. Key Responsibilities 1. Telecalling & Verification Make outbound calls to businesses from the assigned database. Introduce the purpose of the call and verify business ownership or the relevant contact person. Confirm and update key listing details such as: Registered branch address Landmark and PIN code Official working hours (opening/closing times, weekly off) Contact person's name and number 2. Data Collection Request branch images via WhatsApp or email and ensure they meet quality guidelines. Collect live location / Google Maps location from the client for precise pinning. Update all information accurately in the CRM or internal system. 3. Data Accuracy & Quality Check Ensure every call is logged with proper notes and outcomes. Maintain a high accuracy rate while entering or updating listing information. Cross-check details if any discrepancy is found. 4. Follow-ups & Coordination Call back businesses if image submission or additional data is pending. Coordinate with internal teams if any listing requires additional due diligence. Immediate joiners preferred.
