are looking for a Sales Closer

close high-value deals.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Handle warm leads provided by the lead generation team for our edtech venture.

  • Conduct consultations (calls/meetings) with potential clients to understand their

  • requirements.

  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and customised solutions based on client needs.

  • Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and close deals confidently.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistency.

  • Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and deal pipeline.

  • Collaborate with marketing & service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales performance to management.


Requirements


  • Graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass with strong communication skills.●

  • Proven experience in sales/closing/business development

    (agency/edtech/SAAS sales preferred).
  • Excellent

    English & Hindi

    communication – verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Confident personality with the ability to build trust & rapport quickly.
  • Target-driven with a hunger for incentives and career growth.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing/tech services will be an added advantage.
