We are looking for a Sales Closer who can take ownership of qualified leads, build trust, and close high-value deals. Role & Responsibilities Handle warm leads provided by the lead generation team for our edtech venture. Conduct consultations (calls/meetings) with potential clients to understand their requirements. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and customised solutions based on client needs. Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and close deals confidently. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistency. Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and deal pipeline. Collaborate with marketing & service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales performance to management. Requirements Graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass with strong communication skills.● Proven experience in sales/closing/business development (agency/edtech/SAAS sales preferred).
