Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecallers role based in Noida. Primary responsibilities include calling potential customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information as per the process requierments, and achieving daily or monthly targets.

Qualifications

Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or other telecalling tools
Ability to achieve targets and maintain call logs accurately
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude for handling customer concerns
