Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to handle bus-related operational data and support telesales activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records of bus details, coordinating with the operations team, and assisting the sales team through outbound calls to potential customers. Key Responsibilities:Bus Details ManagementMaintain and update records of buses (registration, routes, schedules, contracts, maintenance records, etc.). Coordinate with operations and field staff to ensure bus data is accurate and up to date. Track bus availability, allocation, and compliance documentation. Generate periodic reports on bus utilization, operations, and revenue. Telesales & Customer SupportConduct outbound calls to potential customers, explaining services and offers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing and field teams. Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly. Achieve assigned telesales targets and support overall sales growth. Handle customer queries and route them to the respective department. Administrative SupportPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management. Support in scheduling meetings, documentation, and record-keeping. Assist in coordination between different departments (operations, sales, and accounts). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Management. 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or telesales. Strong communication skills (Tamil & English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and sales responsibilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
