Key Responsibilities:Install and configure IoT devices (audio systems, FM modules, GPS units, control boards) in buses. Connect systems with cloud services for tracking advertisement playback and location-based triggers. Maintain and service IoT hardware to ensure uninterrupted audio announcements and ad delivery. Conduct site visits for routine inspections, troubleshooting, or hardware upgrades. Work closely with the software team to ensure seamless data transmission and logging from IoT devices. Maintain detailed reports of installations, repairs, and system performance. Provide technical support for operational buses and escalate issues to R&D when needed.
