Hardware & Network Engineer

About the Role

Linga Group of Companies is looking for young, brilliant, and technically proficient Hardware and Network Engineers to join our multi-national team. You will work principally on the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructures for various important global projects.

Available Positions

• Hardware & Network Engineer: 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Senior System & Network Engineer: 2–4 years of professional experience.

Technical Skills & Software Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience in assembling hardware, configuring networks, and managing systems developed during their academic studies and professional practice.

• Networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VPN, Firewall configuration.
• Hardware: Server maintenance, PC troubleshooting, peripheral integration.
• OS/Software: Windows Server (Active Directory), Linux/Ubuntu, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Security: CCTV Networking, Bio-metric systems, and Network Security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and deploying scalable network architectures for multi-national office environments.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, and WAN accelerators.
• Performing regular system audits and hardware maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across the organization.

Requirements

• Education: BE/B.Tech in ECE, CSE, or Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or MCSA (Highly preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
