Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team at WEDDINGS BAZAR BY KALVIN INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to promote products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using telecommunication equipment and software.
