Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Tara Suns Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage reservations and bookings efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a positive guest experience.
