Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote insurance policies and services.
Process customer applications, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.

Job Requirements :

0.8-3 years of experience in B2C sales or telemarketing/telecalling industry.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Proficiency in inside sales techniques including upselling/cross-selling strategies.
Experience working in a domestic BPO environment with exposure to insurance sales processes.
