Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
