Job Role: General Manager - Contractors Outsourcing Division (TOCD)
Experience : 8-10 Years
Qualification : BTech (Civil) / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Pan India operations for the Contractors Outsourcing Division. • Oversee contractor sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and performance management across multiple locations. • Develop and implement business strategies to expand outsourcing services nationwide. • Coordinate with clients, project heads, and internal teams to ensure timely manpower supply and project execution. • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met at all project sites. • Manage vendor relationships and contractor agreements, including negotiations and renewals. • Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of outsourcing operations. • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. • Recruit, train, and mentor regional managers and field teams. • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. • Handle issue resolution and escalations related to manpower, contractors, and clients. • Support business development activities by identifying new markets and opportunities.
