Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to drive retention rates.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years' experience in B2B sales or solution sales within an enterprise software company.
  • Proven track record in key account management, inside sales, international sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and services; ability to articulate their value proposition effectively.
