Pranava Tech Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, handling client communication, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role includes both B2B and B2C sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination: Assist front-end sales team with proposal generation, quotations, and order processing for both B2B and B2C clients. Maintain and update leads, opportunities, client interactions, and project status. Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone/email and coordinate client communication. Cold calling to the customers and channel partners. Prepare and assist in making quotations and follow ups. Client Handling & Follow-ups: Coordinate with business clients for clarifications, document submissions (e.g., tenders, vendor registration), and technical requirements. Assist B2C customers by guiding them through purchase decisions, pricing, and customization queries. Track follow-ups for order confirmation, payments, and post-sales support. Order & Project Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, technical, logistics) to ensure timely processing of confirmed orders. Support invoicing, stock updates, and documentation related to payments and dispatches. Generate sales reports and assist in tracking monthly targets and conversion rates. Follow up on pending payments, delivery timelines, and service commitments.
