Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. Freshers are welcome. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly with customers and provide accurate information about our products/services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services
Attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Maintain call records and customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Maintain professional communication at all times
Requirements:
