Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in telecalling or customer service. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and achieve sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers. Job Requirements Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
